Fall 26 Season

New Season. New Level. Same Sharks Family.

Here we go again! Another season, another opportunity to get better, compete, have fun, and make some more memories together.

Most of us have been here for a couple of years now, welcome to the new families as well, we hope you enjoy the journey. The boys know each other, most of the parents know each other, and the staff know what these boys are capable of. It’s been a great experience watching them grow, not just as futbol players, but as teammates and new friends.

Now we’re moving up to U10, and with that comes a new challenge. The game is going to get faster, teams will be stronger, and things won’t always come easy. And that’s okay. We don’t expect everything to be perfect. We just expect our boys to work, listen, compete, believe in themselves, and keep getting better.

This Season Is About LOCKING IN.

At practice. On game day. And at home.

And parents, that includes us too! One of the things that has made this team special is the support around these boys. Getting them to practice, encouraging them, helping them work on things at home, keeping things positive, and showing up for each other all matter. If they need some home reinforcement from coach, please let us know, we're a team!

We’ve built a great Sharks family, and that family will continue to be a big part of our success.

There are a lot of new possibilities in front of this group. We know U10 will challenge us, but we also know what these boys can do when they work hard, play together, and believe in themselves.

Same crew. Bigger challenge. New opportunities.

Let’s have another great season.

GO SHARKS! 🦈⚽

10-Week Development Plan

Practice Plan

Each week builds on the previous one with a mix of warm-ups, technical fundamentals, game-like exercises, and competitive drills.

Season Training Philosophy

How the 10 Weeks Progress

Weeks 1–3 build the technical base before games begin. Weeks 4–10 become game-centered, using the previous weekend's match to determine what needs to be corrected and developed.

1. Weeks 1–3Direct technical coaching, ball mastery, first touch, passing, 1v1, combination play, team shape and transition.
2. Practice 1 In-SeasonFix and develop something that showed up in the weekend game.
3. Practice 2 In-SeasonPrepare for match situations with more 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 and scrimmaging.
4. Game-Like ProgressionPassing pattern → 3v1 → 3v3 → directional game → scrimmage.
5. Technical WindowKeep roughly the first 20–30 minutes technical, then make the remaining hour increasingly game-like.
6. Small-Sided GamesPrioritize 2v2 → 3v3 → 4v4 → 7v7 to develop pressure recognition, spacing and decisions.
7. Scrimmage TimeReserve roughly 25–30 minutes for scrimmaging during in-season practices, especially Practice 2.
8. Coach Less Over TimeAs the season progresses, ask more questions and give players more responsibility for solving the game.
