Season Training Philosophy
How the 10 Weeks Progress
Weeks 1–3 build the technical base before games begin. Weeks 4–10 become game-centered,
using the previous weekend's match to determine what needs to be corrected and developed.
1. Weeks 1–3Direct technical coaching, ball mastery, first touch, passing, 1v1, combination play, team shape and transition.
2. Practice 1 In-SeasonFix and develop something that showed up in the weekend game.
3. Practice 2 In-SeasonPrepare for match situations with more 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 and scrimmaging.
